Guest Ratings & Reviews
Royal Inn Cusco provides outstanding service and a warm welcome, especially from Olga at the front desk, which made our stay feel special. The price is very reasonable for what you get. However, the rooms were quite cold, and the hot water situation was inconsistent, which could be a major inconvenience for some guests. Overall, if you're willing to overlook a few imperfections, it's a good place to consider.
I had to find a place to stay at the last minute due to a flight cancellation, but thankfully, this hotel delivered excellent service at a fair price. The front desk staff, especially Olga, were incredibly accommodating and helped extend our check-out time. However, the rooms were quite cold and had some issues with hot water. It's about a 30-minute walk to the main attractions, which might be a bit inconvenient if you're looking to be in the heart of the city.
My stay had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the service was outstanding, especially when I needed help with my last-minute accommodation. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. However, the rooms left much to be desired with issues like cold temperatures and unreliable hot water, which made it hard to fully relax during my stay.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The rooms were quite cold, and the hot water was unreliable. However, the staff was incredibly helpful, especially during a last-minute accommodation change. It's also a bit of a trek to the Plaza de Armas, but overall, the service and assistance made my stay somewhat enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the service was exceptional, especially from Olga at the front desk, who went out of her way to help us. The location was convenient for accessing the airport. However, the rooms were quite cold and had issues with hot water and bathroom ventilation, which made it uncomfortable at times.
